Treat new employees better than ones that have been there 10+ years. Pay scale is all over the place.

It was conveniently located for me anyways.

Cons

Very poor management communication. From the top down. They also do not treat their employees very good. Very unprofessional. They also have a lot of blackout days -they send you home with no pay.
