Good pay, climate controlled, plenty of overtime.

Cons

50% overtime percentage required over 2 years. Alot of chemicals. If you have a medical issue they don't take points off.

Pay is not bad, promotions from within, vacation time.

Cons

Unorganized it seems there's 12hr shifts and 8 hour shifts. No 401k match they used to have really good benefits. Lacks communication, strict absent tardy policies real strict
