      Pros

      Worked remotely and liked my co-workers, as well as my clients.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. No cross-training of accounts so no real vacation time to be had, even though the time off has been earned. Minimal benefits available for a company of its size. Extremely minimal salary raises are given, you must move up to a new position in order to have the opportunity to increase your salary at RRD.
