      Good Work Place, Shift allowance, Fresh Juice and Cab facilities. But the pay

      Cons

      Very Very Very less pay for designers, Nowdays even a Start up and small company in bangalore can pay reasonable pay. No Hikes, managers and team leads are the rulers. Dont know how this kind of company is in fortune 500 list.

      The coworkers there are excellent. They work very hard but do not get the direction or have the authority to make the needed changes.

      Cons

      Upper Management has no management skills. There is no leadership at this facility. Many managers are only concerned how they can make themselves look better, not with what is happening to the people doing the work or how they can help. it is an "all about me" work atmosphere. Pay is low, and overtime is high so the work/life balance is not there.. No benefits to speak of. Turnover is way too high. Change moves at a snail's pace.
