      Pros

      Well established company in all aspects of printing and distribution. Manufacturing locations world wide helps with distribution in foreign countries for companies that need that service. Typically on the cutting edge of new technology and products.

      Cons

      Very large and customer service can be a problem. Training has fallen off in years and is not up to par.

      Do things equitable and honest. Large footprint. Ability to move around, take on new positions, and advancement.

      Cons

      Slow moving. No single person in upper management is a sole decision maker for anything, everything is a process and drawn out requiring many approval layers.
