When new employees first start they don't get enough training. they just kind od throw you in a place and you have to figure everything out on your own.

The company treated their employees like part of the company. Everyone was a necessary part of the machine. I was proud to work there and was proud that I only missed 8 days in 26 years. I rose up the ranks as jobs came open and also trained new employees.

Cons

Sometime the work was changed after the job was 1/2 done. Rules changed often and not always for the better of the program.
