      Pros

      A massive company, with vast untapped potential and opportunity to make process and infrastructure improvements that can vastly impact bottom line.

      Cons

      Health insurance premiums are unaffordable for family plans. Family plan out of pocket premiums can reach over $1600 per month for family plans - and still result in up to $12,900 in out of pocket deductable and copays to boot. This is catastrophic insurance not health insurance. There is little, if any participation in premiums/supplemented by the company.and no 401k match.
