Expectations set properly. Decent pay for experience. It all depends on the department you are in. Some are awesome, some are not.

Cons

Terrible benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation etc. There is no flexibility in anything they do.

Cons

Poor Management and Leadership. Salaries are not competitive with the marketplace. Cost of Health insurance is extremely high. No match / contribution on 401K.

The company has great and hard working people. Salary is good. You can work remotely with pre-approval. Overtime pay.

Cons

Terrible management, the company doesn't really care about its employees, and you will need to work overtime a lot.
