      Pros

      Good place to gain professional experience during your professional journey. The management is very big on setting a few main goals every quarter and reporting up stream that the goals were met.

      Cons

      They company is focused on incremental growth to meet EPS and cash flow targets for their quarterly dividends. They have laid off a few thousand people at times in the past just to meet numbers for the street.
