      Recent management change in Mattoon division

      Pros

      Co-workers are great and line supervisors and very good.

      Cons

      New manager over the division has changed crews working hours and has changed the mood of employees, a large amount of co-workers have quit. Also reducing crew size starting September expecting employees to just deal with not having enough help. Crews were reduced just a couple years earlier and now more with old technology and machine parts breaking down.
