Pros
Large company with many locations and room for movement for motivated employees who want experience.
Cons
Uncompetitve salaries. Annual raises range from 0-1%, even for top performers. Bonus programs rarely pay out, or when they do, its enough to go to MacDonalds - maybe. Very expensive insurance (more expensive than private insurance). No 401K match. No pension. No tuition reimbursement (they claim it but good luck getting approval). Shrinking demand for services. Long hours. Frequent hiring freezes, layoffs/downsizing. Poor job security. Low morale.
