You can make a lot of money if the management wants you to.

Cons

Managers are corrupt and decide if they want you to make money. After building up a territory they can take it away and give it to a favorite even after they say they won't. Then they make you start over in a new territory that isn't paying very much while a favorite employee benefits from your hard work with your old territory. Local management lies to upper management.

no advancement, mediocre benefits, poor life/work balance, sometimes kindly forced to work during holidays, no investment in technology for employees, no rewards towards hard work
