      Pros

      People, Policies, Leadership, HR, Collaboration with other teams, Benefits. I have worked at other Companies and can say that this place is wonderful. There is innovation with their product ActiveDisclosure. As an employee you have the opportunity to work with new applications that are cutting edge. My leader was far from micro-managing, instead he encouraged tough conversations and was very transparent and honest. I had the perfect blend of work-life balance and was able to take my daughter to her ballet class once a week in the middle of the day.

      Cons

      Absolutely nothing. There was always food and tons of team builders. Even the meetings were a blast.
