Pros

I'll be honest other than a paycheck there are no pros to working at RRD. Wait hold on, free coffee is the only pro of working there.

Cons

Horrible benefits. Upper management is in the Stone Age along with the equipment they provide. No 401k match. Cheap health insurance with high deductible. Unless you have no other job do not work there.

You have a job. Your co-workers are a great bunch of people. We all know we are in the same sinking ship.

Cons

Poor Benefits. They took away everyones pensions. Medical Insurance is NOT good and keeps getting worse and more expensive. RRD only cares about training their company in India and then they dump their American employees. This company is everything that is wrong with America today. Run
