No growth into next level.Managers will not allow others to grow only their relatives and friends. Salary increments and hikes and bonus will be given not based on performance. they will give good hikes and bonuses who ever friends/Closes to the managers. Only people their language are preferred(Tamil). Managers and team leads will always speaks in their own language(Tamil) even in the project discussions and team meetings. let you to learn their language , you will lost your communication(English). Employee benefits very less. Administration and Facilitation team are very worst. Worst cafetiere management and unhygienic food .When somebody complaints admin people answers like it is good for us if you want go and eat out side. No Sudoku coupons, internal coupons will be given to take juices and tea etc, those will not applicable outside. Last but not least ,no growth in terms learning new technologies, If you g for any internal training's also those people will teach in Tamil.Mangers will not allow to move for internal transfers.

Fired for no reason, out of nowhere suddenly get a phone call or your badge to get into the building doesn't work. Higher ups don't care about workers. Very labor intensive work place.
