      Work culture is poor Quality Assurance Process is poooooorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Experience from here is useless because the Testing Metrics and Domain knowledge u gain here is not followed anywhere. No methodology followed here on testing!! Testing means soft proofing here!! Exposure towards Automation tools and emerging trends is Zero!! One have to deal with lot of internal politics!! Evaluating performance of employee is ridiculous!! Only managers pets can survive here ;) Managers response for your questions regarding salary increment and performance will always ends employees as looser. No career growth Senior Manager I am working here is not well wisher and try to put u down Very few managers are good here and help u grow high

      Pros

      They seem to have good employee benefits and many of their corporate employees have been there very long-term, even second-generation.

      Cons

      Working in a management position with a company that has been acquired by RR Donnelley is very stressful and somewhat confusing. It appears that most of their processes have been automated with the intention of eliminating actual employees, so getting a live person to deal with is often problematic. Their giant corporation procedures do not work well with local companies that they acquire. The shared services group in India works very hard but it's difficult to get around the idea that those should be American jobs. Guess that's just the way it is when you work for a mega-corporation.
