      Pros

      You work independently without having someone constantly watching your back. Easy work. Days go by fast if your constantly working.

      Cons

      Dealing with rude, disrespectful leads. Some leads always complain about needing their product and that they're missing items when they are the ones who lose them. Little to no notice when they require you to stay overtime

      Hard working people who care.

      Cons

      We have only been receiving 1% pay raises for the last couple of years and with the cost of insurance going up double digit, you lose money working here.

      IT Devision: Don't work here!!!

      Great team to work for, however management is insubordinate.

      Cons

      The company is only focused on acquiring on NEW a acquisitions of new company's, not focused on how the systems work, and management are Iron Fists about trying to put "legos" that don't fit together. If you are in IT, don't go here. Legacy Apps like crazy and customers are unhappy. Also management is blind, products are garbage, customers are upset or jumping ship, and projects are constantly pulled. Not to mention, the culture isn't fond of minority employees....especially with SEXUAL ORIENTATION.
