Pros
Good co-workers. Helpful front line supervisors in the event of an equipment malfunction, or some other issue. 401K., but without company match. Health insurance benefits I cannot comment on because I never had my health care through them.
Cons
The only con, (plant closing), was not the fault of the company, due to the fact that the printing industry in general is, and has been, in a decline, especially in the area of check printing, and bank correspondence to customers. Debit cards are replacing checks, e-mail and online banking is replacing letters, bank statements, coupon books, and other correspondence sent to customers.
