      Large company, lots of divisions and manufacturing capability, pay is actually fairly decent as are the benefits

      Most locations operate autonomously and you might find yourself in competition with another branch for business, depending on where you work and which position you have; highly competitive and fragmented meaning your fighting to make your numbers, one penny at a time - literally

      Pros

      Pay was good and there are a lot of good people working in the production area. Most of the pressroom employees worked well together.

      Cons

      The pressroom work hours suck ! Twelve hour days working from 5 to 5. Getting to work at 5pm was a joy with traffic. Management just worried about corporate.
