      I don't work there anymore

      Lets just say that if you like working in an environment where lies are the normal method of communication and the bonuses are more important to the managers and directors then team building, there are no cons. A rudderless 3PL ship of fools heading straight into oblivion.

      Pros

      Lots of work if you want to work overtime.

      Cons

      Low pay for type of work, experience and education. Very high turnover in department. Insurance benefits have high deductible, no copay, 401K no matching contribution. Physical environment is lacking in some aspects.
