      Pros

      Great team environment, a good place to gain a lot of new experience, and the hours are too terrible.

      Cons

      Donnelley doesn't seem to pay their IT staff the market value, I've seen as low as 50% less pay then what the average for the local area of the same job.

      It will provide a check to pay the bills but not much else.

      Cons

      Management is only concerned with themselves and there personal department and will throw you under the bus if it means they can get ahead they will go as far as to lie about what was said so they do not have to say they were wrong or look bad.
