      Insurance is good.IThe pay is ok. I like my hours.

      As for me it is getting to be too much and have long drive. I see downsizing in future to do that magazines are going out since all info can be got on internet.

      some co-workers were descent people.

      Cons

      Favoritism, discrimination, threats, bullying, violate safety rules, supervisors have no people skills, racist, and HR doesn't care. Recent tuberculosis outbreak in St. Charles plant put employees in jeopardy.

      The people, starting pay, and overtime. If you are looking for job stability, this is a good place to work. However, the printing industry is on a downward slope

      Cons

      Some managers do not have a clue. Benefits, salary cap, equipment, and opportunity potential are all poor.
