Pay is within industry standard; free limited parking; subsidized food; skip levels (discussion with upper management on current team issues), allowances, referral bonuses and other money-related incentives. training.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy; micro-management is abounding, too many managers managing, not really doing anything, all work ends up in the bottom of the food chain. Everything is clock-work. No room for slack and free thinking.

Use to be"The" place to work, great benefits, great insurance, hired only the best of the best, now they hire gang members, and almost anyone can get a job in the bindery,

favoritism, some supervisors covering for some employees that drink on the job, if co workers turn them in to supervisor , supervisor will warn the alcoholic employee to watch himself for a while. even found a way to fire 2 really good employees for complaining about the alcoholic buddy
