Cons
Managers,Perks,salary hike,recognition-growth,employee benefits, etc, All of us work for Money and Recognition. Reasons are, Money to fulfill our needs and Recognition to boost our morale and to get a satisfaction that we have a proved our worth. Here at RRD we neither get monetary benefits nor a recognition. Its total let letdown and I am eligible to say this because I have wasted 6 years for RRD. Waiting for a break !
