      Has its ups and downs, but overall not bad

      Pros

      People, Flexibility, Experience gained. Have had the opportunity to gain a lot of experience with RRD, and able to work in many different areas. A lot of seasoned veterans to learn from.

      Cons

      Benefits, Work-life balance sometimes. Moral needs to be boosted throughout the company. Advancement is harder and harder to come by, more often going with outside applicants. Field level management rarely listens to what the workforce has to say, and misses many opportunities to improve.

      Good team established Company is 150 years old HR is pro employee

      Lots of levels of management My job is working at a client site as a contractor so there's a risk my contract can be terminated and this division of the company doesn't have any other engagements to place me in The annual is mostly self reporting, your manager doesn't get too much input after you complete your self assessment and no one tells you the scores you input are the majority of the basis for your raise
