      Pros

      The atmosphere in the office is friendly

      Cons

      Low salary, few benefits, lack of recognition for good work, unsupportive and inexperienced line managers. Progression within the department is based on years of service rather than talent or merit. No training. A very hierarchical structure. A cliquey Senior Management team that has achieved its position through its years of service rather than actual management ability.

      Pros

      so far i have nothing bad to say about this company except they have been slow at getting us in the system, our wages are about 3 dollars lower then the rest of the companies.

      Cons

      work faster to get us in the system and pay up to the rest of the companies,and remember we are family people and would like to have some weekends off in the summer without having to burn vacation.
