      Get to experience a very vast and diverse series of outgoing voice messages and automatic email replies

      Cons

      production processes do not match market strategies, management has very little impact on employee performance due to their obligation to hit and report numbers for stockholders, company morale is low, culture is completely sterol, each department is only loyal to its process and budget so the customer loses in the end

      Fairly easy to get promoted, the work is easy and you work in a clean environment

      Cons

      Feast or famine. 3 or 4 days a week or everyday for 3 or 4 months in the summer.the sale of books is on the decline.
