      Pros

      Good systems and resources. The RRD name carries clout with vendors. Continuous reduction of management and supervisors meant those of us who were left wore a lot of hats, which gave me some great experience.

      Cons

      Continuous reduction of management and supervisors meant those of us who were left wore TOO MANY hats. Lots of stress, tons of hours, difficult to make any real progress. Felt like we were just treading water most of the time.

      Pros

      The majority of the tax team was a pleasure to work with. They were very bright & the nature of the business offer great opportunity to work on complex issues & transactions.

      Cons

      My direct supervisor was a nightmare to work with. Simply a nightmare. Above everything else, she did NOT know how to effectively communicate & simply did NOT know how to manage people.

      Pros

      Good pay for the most part. People there are great to work with. It's pretty close to home. Best pay in the area.

      Cons

      No 401k match. Frozen pension. Insurance keeps going up while wages stay the same. Haven't had a raise in eight years.
