Hours for the most part are flexible.

Cons

Lots of micromanagement. Laughter is frowned upon. Being happy is frowned upon. According to management the quieter you are and more time you spend at your work station means you're a hard worker.

The coworkers there are excellent. They work very hard but do not get the direction or have the authority to make the needed changes.

Cons

Upper Management has no management skills. There is no leadership at this facility. Many managers are only concerned how they can make themselves look better, not with what is happening to the people doing the work or how they can help. it is an "all about me" work atmosphere. Pay is low, and overtime is high so the work/life balance is not there.. No benefits to speak of. Turnover is way too high. Change moves at a snail's pace.
