Pros

It's really easy work. The packer is mostly the quality, so if you're good at catching things, then this is probably for you. The pay is good.

Cons

Rumors, and even management likes to gossip. The coworkers aren't bad, however if you're female and can't handle things being spread around about you- then steer clear. If your a male and work on the floor and want an office job it's going to be very hard to get it. Even if a male has more experience, if a pretty girl walks in- they'll get it. On top of that- I don't think this is a place if you have a family. RR Donnelley has to maintain 50% overtime required by the end of the year.

Pros

It's a big name corporation, and it looks pretty good on a resume. Depending on the plant / job site, managers and coworkers are an absolute delight to work with. Employee benefits are fairly decent as well.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement are pretty non-existent, and, as was in my case, there is definitely such a thing as a glass ceiling. Raises are pretty minute as well. Rising healthcare costs and general costs of living far out-weigh our wage increases.

Pros

a variety of products to sell

Cons

Too big, management is out of step with what is happening daily, the pay is low and the healthcare is the most expensive I have ever heard of
