      Pros

      Well known out in the market place. Solid company not going anywhere. You can make a good living working at this company, and know they will be around a very long tim.

      Cons

      Large company that is slow on making decisions. Nothing happens fast within the company. They will also cap you if you start to make too much money.

      Pros

      The coworkers there are excellent. They work very hard but do not get the direction or have the authority to make the needed changes.

      Cons

      Upper Management has no management skills. There is no leadership at this facility. Many managers are only concerned how they can make themselves look better, not with what is happening to the people doing the work or how they can help. it is an "all about me" work atmosphere. Pay is low, and overtime is high so the work/life balance is not there.. No benefits to speak of. Turnover is way too high. Change moves at a snail's pace.
