Not many benefits. No double time Sundays. Must pay back any vacation used if you quit before the year's end. Insurance is not very good.

Rotation shifts, Not flexible, If something comes up and you must leave it will count against you, No communications in management, No communications on the manufacturing floor, Management does not care about employees, Weeks can very with work some weeks you will be forced off without pay requiring you to use your vacation time to cover the dark days, Insurance is too expensive for the family option that is stand alone costs about $500 every two weeks, the cheaper insurance plans use a savings account to pay the medical bills that the employee sets up an amount to be taken out of the paycheck each pay period.
