      I work there for 8 and half years. Started right out of high school as my first "real" job.

      Pros

      Close to home. Decent pay for area. That's about it.

      Cons

      Management seems out of touch with the hourly workers. Very poor communications from the top. Supervisors seem to make up rules as they go along. Little to no training any more to help moving up in the company. Benefits starting out good but steadily got worse. Lack of work and negative relationship towards management keeps morale down. Job was good for a while but now that I have a need job and get treated better really regret staying there as long as I did.

      Pros

      IF you are motivated, you can learn a lot. Challenging work, fast paced and interesting. You do get holiday and vacation days.

      Cons

      1% raises - does not matter if you work really hard and your co-worker doesn't. The raises are the same across the board. No 401k matches of any kind. They cannot keep Human Resource people for any length of time so any issues you bring to them get dropped. Management is dysfunctional, meetings are not professional. Supervisors and managers say inappropriate things because HR is not on site. HR is overwhelmed because the HR people keep quitting so the cycle continues.
