Pros

It's really easy work. The packer is mostly the quality, so if you're good at catching things, then this is probably for you. The pay is good.

Cons

Rumors, and even management likes to gossip. The coworkers aren't bad, however if you're female and can't handle things being spread around about you- then steer clear. If your a male and work on the floor and want an office job it's going to be very hard to get it. Even if a male has more experience, if a pretty girl walks in- they'll get it. On top of that- I don't think this is a place if you have a family. RR Donnelley has to maintain 50% overtime required by the end of the year.

An OK company to work for; old boys network at the top

Pros

Decent pay; opportunities all over the world.

Cons

AWFUL benefits; Shrinking/dying industry; Senior Management is an "old boys network". I was part of the sales organization and didn't appear that upper management had a good handle on what their people were doing which was disheartening.

Pros

Friendly, encouraging people to work with, and good work environment. Didn't feel stressed about too much overtime since they seemed to be properly staffed. Good benefits.

Cons

Decent pay to start with, but minimal pay increases. Little room for advancement. I just didn't stay here long because I felt I wasn't getting a good "return" on what I was investing in the company.
