Pros

Friendly, encouraging people to work with, and good work environment. Didn't feel stressed about too much overtime since they seemed to be properly staffed. Good benefits.

Cons

Decent pay to start with, but minimal pay increases. Little room for advancement. I just didn't stay here long because I felt I wasn't getting a good "return" on what I was investing in the company.

Big company feel - lost in the crowd

Pros

Being part of one of the largest printing companies you have access to all its capabilities and can provide many, many more solutions for your customers.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement are pretty non-existent. Expect very little if anything for annual raises. Often shown little to no appreciation or compensation for continued growth at the company.

Pros

It's a big name corporation, and it looks pretty good on a resume. Depending on the plant / job site, managers and coworkers are an absolute delight to work with. Employee benefits are fairly decent as well.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement are pretty non-existent, and, as was in my case, there is definitely such a thing as a glass ceiling. Raises are pretty minute as well. Rising healthcare costs and general costs of living far out-weigh our wage increases.
