They are behind on the times, toxic corporate culture that’s stuck in the 1980s and they do not listen to employees or change even when they promise to do so. The turnover rate is very high

Cons

Pay structure is not very good compared to competitors. Management thinks you should be working 60hr weeks. Expense account is almost non-existent and requires VP approval just to take a client to lunch.
