      Good people at the local level.

      Cons

      If you are young and want to get into sales, you can make more selling almost anything else and you will also get better training. Company has been struggling for years and theres no sign of improvement.

      Pros

      The people I worked with at my locations were outstanding. A lot of support from certain colleagues.

      Cons

      Very little ability to move roles and grow. Corp is very slow moving to approve promotions. 1% merit increases across the board offered zero incentives. Management not moving on underperforming employees contributes to low morale for harder working employees. Ceiling for salary not based on skillset but based on prior years of work experience even when skillset far surpasses others in similar roles but with higher salary and less responsibility. Benefits package sucks, high insurance, no retirement match.
