      -Very easy work for the money -You don't do much actual work related to your title -very laid back leadership

      Cons

      -benefits: 0% 401k matching, medical care has 8500 dollar deductible for a single man. I dont know if that is high but it sounds high.

      Pros

      I worked with various groups through the company to implement process improvements. I was on the leadership team that converted Eastern Region plants to Core Systems. Lead process to reduce out of period entries and top side entries. Drove consistencies across group and cross training.

      Cons

      They are a large company and a times communications did not get down to appropriate levels. As a result of COVID -19 there was a significant reduction in revenue which lead to cost reductions. They lacked flexibility in system procedures.
