Leadership has no clear direction and does not share information with employees
Benefits are awful !! I was with RRD for over 15 years and watched them go from being world class to very high priced insurance and taking away all 401K matching, educational assistance, lower life insurance coverage, stopped pension plan, you name it they take it away.
Bonuses are non existent
Merit Pay increased have been 1% across the board for the past couple years and never seem to go over 2.5% at anytime.
No advancement. Unless you are "buddy buddy" with upper management you will not advance.
