      Pros

      It is an alright place to work. Most of the employees are fun to work with and want to do a good job. Review process is good. Compensation is average.

      Cons

      Benefits have gone down significantly, with no 401k matching and minimal raises across the board. HR seems out of touch with the needs of the employees.

      Pros

      Very knowledgeable and dedicated workforce Excellent use of technology Flexible with work/life balance

      Cons

      Leadership has no clear direction and does not share information with employees Benefits are awful !! I was with RRD for over 15 years and watched them go from being world class to very high priced insurance and taking away all 401K matching, educational assistance, lower life insurance coverage, stopped pension plan, you name it they take it away. Bonuses are non existent Merit Pay increased have been 1% across the board for the past couple years and never seem to go over 2.5% at anytime. No advancement. Unless you are "buddy buddy" with upper management you will not advance.
