      Health Insurance for FT employees that includes Dental and Vision

      The work place has gotten more toxic over the 5 years I worked there. In addition to Management playing favorites, with some, if you got on their bad side would make your life miserable. Additionally, the poor communication between shifts, management/supervisors and those below them has caused bad feeling / mistrust between shifts and towards supervisors and upper management. It also allowed the attitude of "Well, it's not my job.", and looking out for only oneself.

      The projects I worked on were pretty cool

      Cons

      Terrible culture Extremely back stabby Lots of favoritism There is a strong bully culture among management Worked there for 5 years and got a lousy 5% raise right before being laid off for covid. No career advancement opportunity unless you are one of the favorites regardless of how hard you work .
