      Pros

      - Coworkers are willing to help you with anything you might need - You learn how to communicate with Big clients and big companies -Daily production meetings are helpful - Excellent team to work with, accept for the General manager

      Cons

      - Favoritism - If you make a mistake they will punish you - It will take a really long time to be hire in - Benefits are absolutely the worst - No Christmas party, or bonus or anything like that

      Other than the fact that you have a job, everyone work in their silos

      Cons

      Many in the leadership position are there for 20 - 30 years, a large majority for over 10 years. They are unempathetic and don't hear their employees even when you have a 1-on-1 setup. Generally, people are good but the culture sucks them in and don't see beyond their every day activity.
