Heavy work load, company downsizing which led to more work being distributed to existing personnel, everything driven by the bottom line, Always on call, any problem, the project manager gets called, poor and expensive health benefits, poor salary, no 401k match, not much advancement potential, political office environment

Not having the right equipment . Bad pay increases (however I am personally ok with where I am at pay wise - just have taken on more work and not really seeing the benefits of having done that - 1% accross the board - that is what I mean by bad pay increases.). Unreasonable demands. Have priorities messed up. Absolutely no work/life balance. If I knew than what I know now I would not have taken the job.
