Pros

Many products and services to sell along with good asset base... People are good in certain areas but everyone seems to pass on the work to others..

Cons

Don't care about sales people any longer.. They think because its RRD that people will buy...Mistake.. Commission plan is horrible and no incentive to sell small orders. They pay on profit not gross sales and the profit number is FICTION... No Salary just commission...

Hard work rewarded with better opportunities (depending on the right manager) Great and smart co-workers Flexibility (working from home, flex-time) Ideal atmosphere to learn

Cons

Worst health insurance plan and cost ever (high deductible plan, high paycheck cost.) Poor merit increase based on across-the-board rate (1%) instead of actual performance review. Miserable bonus ($300 discretionary) No 401K matching Lousy working environment (tables, chairs instead of professional cubicles) No formal training, everything is on-the-job, learn as you go. Non-existent HR (miles away in Detroit and New York) No recognition (5-year, employee of the month, etc.) No company-related events (Christmas party, summer picnic and outings, etc.)
