Pros
RR Donnelley was my first employer in my profession; They gave me my start at a career within the Finance field. Duties and responsibilities where adequate, but you also had the flexibility to expand your knowledge. When Covid hit, they provided flex work schedule along with work from home capabilities. My Manager, Crystal, was friendly, kind, and considerate.
Cons
Not enough compensation; benefits are just ok and you tend to work long hours during month end. Because you are salary, the expectation was to work until the system shut down and they didn't have to pay overtime. Nepotism and favoritism is not uncommon. For example, I've seen someone with less education and experience than me work their way up from a clerical position, to analyst, to supervisor. This person only had a high school diploma and hardly had an understanding of system capabilities, they just knew "someone".
