Pros
If you have zero experience in the field you're looking at, they will hire you. That doesn't mean you're guaranteed any proper training - that is dependent entirely upon who your manager ends up being. But if you're looking to make a career change they can give you the requisite industry experience to get there.
Cons
The reason they'll hire people with no experience is because the entire business model is churn and burn - people, contracts, vendors, it doesn't matter. There's no effort to create a good working environment or a long-term culture because the entire organization is an extraction of wealth to management. The company is a giant grift. There's no long-term viable model, so they're pumping all the money out of it they can before they sell off all their assets and contracts and cash out. Management is terrible - but, again, the point is to keep the cash cow alive for as long as possible with as little investment as possible, not create a functional business. If you're there, you're there for immediate returns, not for a long time.
