Rank and file staff are loyal and dedicated employees who treat their co-workers as family

Cons

Company is managed to stay one step ahead of bankruptcy. Benefits are scaled back or eliminated on an annual basis. Annual increases are nominal if not non-existent in most years. Instead of investing in the future the company rarely looks beyond the current quarter.
