      Pros

      I maintained steady employment for many years. Benefits declined over time but were still an offering. I was able to advance slightly within the company but not without difficulty.

      Pros

      Other than the fact that you have a job, everyone work in their silos

      Cons

      Many in the leadership position are there for 20 - 30 years, a large majority for over 10 years. They are unempathetic and don't hear their employees even when you have a 1-on-1 setup. Generally, people are good but the culture sucks them in and don't see beyond their every day activity.
