Can Be a Solid Job But No Company Culture or Growth

Pros

The work was steady, and management was fair-minded and decent to work with. Salaries are pretty solid and a smidge higher than what many other places in this city pay for the same work. Full benefits with generous paid time off. Nice building and you are well-equipped (computers, software, office supplies, etc.) Company has well-developed HR policies and procedures. Good job for someone who doesn't care about career growth or having a great culture to be a part of.

Cons

The entire workforce is comprised of various outsourcing teams which are divided up into locked rooms. The is zero interaction between them. Pretty much working in a vacuum. If you are on a small team, those are the only people you will ever see. No seasonal events, no recognition events, no sense of belonging to an organization, no company culture whatsoever. And virtually no raises. You are expected to set yearly goals for professional growth, but if you accomplish or exceed them all you get is an attaboy. Plus they do not structure time for you meet them so often have to complete training, etc. on you own time. There is no where to move up unless you can move to another city to follow the opportunity. It's a job, but when you want to grow in your career you will be looking elsewhere for your next job.

Pros

Unlimited overtime is only good thing. Not much good to place here at all! They want you to just work your life away but no employee respect here!

Cons

Awful management, healthcare is not good for size, benefits are awful, no room for moving up, account management is extremely pitiful, very inexperienced managers get hired and makes your work environment very challenging, HR is awful as they could careless about anything, they allow employees to do whatever without reprimanding or terminating so everyone else is begged to pick up the slack for poor employees they just keep because they cannot find qualified people! Do yourself a good deed and find employment elsewhere unless you don’t care about your future and growing.

Pros

I got to work on some great high-end accounts which I enjoyed and helped build a strong portfolio. I worked with some super talented, nice and fun people.

Cons

Management is a nightmare, it seems that bullying and gaslighting is part of the culture. Don't expect any equipment, database or software to work.
