Pros

Provide me with digital skills. They did work in equipping with the skills I needed to succeed in digital operations. For that, I am grateful to them

Cons

Bad morale and basically wanted your soul. The benefits were not that good. I would’ve put up with all of that but when they switched us to twelve hour days, that sealed it for me and many others. It literally destroyed morale

Pros

Excellent benefits Flexibility to work from home

Cons

The management is poor and they are stuck in doing things in an archaic way from sales to production. As a result makes it difficult for them to really evolve and compete with other companies in their industry.

Grow and learn. Politics and stress.

Pros

They make time to listen to employees' concerns and issues. Salary increases every year based on performance. Also, a good place to learn and grow.

Cons

As they say, employees leave the company not because of work but because of their bosses. Politics is noticeable within the company. Too much workload. Not very competitive in terms of salary and benefits.
