      Pros

      Some managers appreciate quality and work to improve morale, pay is low for degreed professionals but adequate for those off the street

      Cons

      Quality rarely recognized, treated as expendable, incompetence promoted, failures recognized over successes, cancelled 401k matching, and promise bonuses that are never delivered, shareholders most important

      Pros

      There's one star up, ONLY because I need to give a star. The pros; its a job. Zero growth opportunities and you work hard for very little money, but it's a job.

      Cons

      They do not invest in equipment or upgrades. They invest and care less about their people. HORRIBLE "benefits", low pay, zero incentive or bonus programs. Will there be a raise coming this year? Nobody knows. The last two years they very begrudgingly gave us a 1% raise. They took away the incentive program and the last payout was...wait for it...0.005% of base pay. Nope, not a mis print. Bad culture and management could care less. The attitude that we should be happy that we have jobs at all.

      There aren't any - it's a job only

      Cons

      Too many to list all: I worked for another RRD facility until the recession. Better pay and 401k contributions. St Charles offers low pay, minimal (1%) or no annual raise at all; poor and complicated systems; most are disgruntled employees that don't look past their own nose; some exceptionally hard working CSRs; expensive benefit contributions; EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT
